How do I send in my videotapes?

Just mail your finished videos to YesVideo Pty Ltd, Suite 1A, Level 1, 79 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022 with instructions on what you want done and contact information both by phone and email. YesVideo will process your order as soon as it arrives. If you have any questions, you can call our support line:

What formats of tape can YesVideo process?

VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, Betamax, Video 8, Hi-8, Digital 8, Mini DV, DVCAM.

Professional formats such as DVC PRO, Betacam SP and Digital Betacam can be processed at an extra charge.

How fast can YesVideo process and turnaround the tapes?

We generally ship completed orders three to five days after we receive them. Movie film conversions may take a few extra days.

What is the quality of the video?

YesVideo uses the incredible storage potential of optical disks to pack up to two hours of video onto a DVD. We use high-quality hardware encoders and variable bit-rate encoding for the highest quality.

I’m worried about losing my videotapes.

YesVideo is obsessed with the security of our customer's tapes. Upon arrival at YesVideo, every tape and order form is given its own secure bag and ID number. This ID number is bar coded on the tape, the order form and the bag.

How can I get my logo on the packaging and disk?

One of the benefits we offer to our resellers is the ability to brand the product with your company. If we do not have a logo for your company, we will simply print the name of your company on the front of the case, the spine of the case and the top of the disk.

You can send us an electronic file of your logo in a 300 dpi, hi-resolution format along with your order or email it to vsupport@yesvideo.com.au. Contact us if you have any questions or issues.

How does YesVideo handle copyrighted video?

YesVideo will not process copyrighted material without a release. So if we see a tape come in with a copyright logo, we'll ensure that they have permission from the copyright holder before we process the video.
